gentle motion, soulful conversation, and intuitive support.

Whether you’re navigating a decision, feeling the feels and/or needing a shift in energy—walking side by side helps ease overthinking and invites a more natural, open flow of insight.

What’s Included:

  • 45-minute guided conversation while walking (in person at the moment)

  • A dash of woo: card pulls, intuitive insights, energy tuning, or a brief grounding meditation

  • Gentle and safe space to share whatever’s on your heart

  • Optional: bring a question or situation you’d like guidance on

For locals in the Burns Lake area. We meet at the track in town or the Rod Reid trail. These are leisurely walks and can be weather dependent- we will discuss comfort levels ahead of time. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
